Questions
What agencies ask before they sign.
Can the receptionist make up a price or an arrival time?
No. Prices, fees, hours and licences come only from the client's profile. If something isn't there, the receptionist says it doesn't know and takes a message — and the accuracy test checks exactly this before go-live. It never promises an arrival time.
What happens on an emergency call?
It gives the safety step first — shut off the water, leave the house if there's a gas smell — and flags the call as an emergency. The owner alert waits up to 45 seconds for a callback number and address, then goes out once by email and to your webhook. The receptionist is not a 911 service.
Is it really white-label?
Your agency name, logo and colours appear on the dashboard, the prospect demo pages and the monthly client reports, and owner alerts are sent under your brand name.
